Jacqueline Norcel, Principal, Frenchtown Elementary School, was recently recognized by Superintendent Iassogna at the Trumbull Administrator's Retreat for her active involvment with cultural diversity at the local, state and national level.  Jackie has chaired the Trumbull Cultural Diversity Committee for 18 years.  The committee is comprised of teachers, administrators, parents and community members and develops cultural diversity programs at all levels for children and adults.
